How can I book a tour?
There are three (3) ways to book a tour.

2. B.D. Riley's Irish Pub located across the street from the Austin Visitor's Center at 204 East 6th St. (512) 494-1335 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting              (512) 494-1335      end_of_the_skype_highlighting...between 11:30am and 6:45pm
3. You can book in person at The Austin Visitors Center located at 209 E. Sixth Street or by phone at (512) 478-0098 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting              (512) 478-0098      end_of_the_skype_highlighting or (866) GO-AUSTIN between 9:00am - 5:00pm.

How do I make a group booking?

Can you pick our group up at our hotel?
The beauty of this tour is we have flexibility...absolutely, we'd love to pick your group up after your long day of conference meetings!  (Call to confirm, of course.)  We'll bring our driving 'Music Festival' right to your doorstep.

Is this a pub-crawl?
No, The Cosmic Cowboy is not a pub-crawl. The Cosmic Cowboy Tour brings the stories of Austin’s history and eclectic heritage alive and refreshments, Sweet Leaf Tea, water, a Texas meal, dessert, entertainment and all covers to the saloons we enjoy…not to mention an amphibious vehicular experience splashing into Lake Austin!

Is dinner included?

Absolutely, on the dinner tours, supper is right on board while taking in the views and tunes but before the saloons.

How many people will be on the tour?
A maximum of 40 Cosmic Cowboys plus your guide.

What else?

Cosmic Cowboys receive discounted prices on drinks at most saloons we visit. 

How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend that you book your tour as far in advance as possible as places are limited. We accept bookings for tours on the same day up until 6:45 pm depending on availability.

Can I buy Cosmic Gear without going on the tour?

We will miss you and YES...you can buy our gear by calling 512.589.5564. 

Is booking The Cosmic Cowboy Tour online secure?
The Cosmic Cowboy Tour online bookings system is powered by a secure ticketing specialist provider. Any information you provide online is safe and will be kept confidential.

Will The Cosmic Cowboy Tour tickets be mailed to me after I make a booking?
No, when you book your Comic Experience, your tickets will NOT be mailed to you. They will be available from the Cosmic Cowboy guide on the evening of your tour. You will receive a confirmation letter or email, depending on your booking method. When collecting your ticket from your guide, please present your Cosmic Cowboy Tour confirmation email or letter.

Will I have a chance to use the restroom along the way?

Our guests like to meet at B.D. Riley's where they can stay cool and use the restrooms prior to taking off.  You will also have the opportunity about 45 minutes to an hour into the tour to hop of and take care of business...and again towards the end when we stop at the final saloon destination.

Where can I park my car?

You can park your car at the new LAZ Parking lot at 5th and Brazos (One block away from our departure location)...make sure to mention that you are joining us on the Cosmic Cowboy Tour for special parking rates.
